Amidst the pandemic, couples have had to get creative to make their weddings extra special as they downsize and reimagine their day. Inspired by the burst of creativity we’re seeing in couples, and a love story to everything we miss doing before COVID - this shoot tells the story of a pair of long-time touring musicians who decide to tie the knot in an impromptu celebration with their closest friends and family at the place they feel most home. Having traveled the world playing music, they couldn’t imagine a more perfect way to tie the knot than outside their fav local venue - the House of Blues - under a dope custom marquee that reads “All You Need Is Love”…

When planning and designing weddings, we often find couples feel pressure to match their aesthetic to something that someone is telling them to be. Whether it’s family saying it needs to be formal, Instagram telling them it should be light and airy, or a venue that says it needs to be on a farm and rustic. Our muses, a real couple named Rebecca and Maya, were bursting at the seams with personality.
